Don t waste your time, your money or your sanity with this company!!
Should something go wrong their customer service is LITERALLY NONE EXISTENT!!!
In a marketplace driven by social media where most of the goods sold here can be purchased from another seller for equal or less money I would have thought customer service would be important.
For example you can purchase the exact same ring top kitchen canisters at Pottery Barn a company that actually has a customer service department!! They won t cost you any more money and you ll actually get them delivered to you faster.
If you should need to return something be prepared to only get an unexplained fraction of your money back.
If you make inquiry to this they will send you a link referring you to their return policy. The policy that fails to address your situation.
It s a sad day when a company such as McGee has a customer service department that is subpar to needing help with something with the IRS. If getting hold of the IRS is easier and the people you come contact with our more helpful than someone sell hocking home goods I ll shop elsewhere.
