I came here a few days ago on a weekend and received timely care which was impressive especially for a weekend with limited staffing. Since I am dealing with the same issue I came back. Waited for a hour to be seen when I was told only 2 people were ahead of me and I had to use the restroom very badly. I was told I couldn t leave the parking lot. So I waited until I couldn t hold it anymore. I call the front desk to be told there are patients with appointments as well which can affect my wait. When I notified the nurse of what I was told and had I know that I would have gone elsewhere, she then notifies me that it s a separate doctor taking appointments which wouldn t affect my being seen. A lot of misinformation and wasted time. Definitely will not come back here.
