If this is your first request then you could have your items removed upon satisfactory payment. She replied to me we do not send out letters from where we are. I went to the email they sent me typed a letter A Pay for Deletion Letter submitted it by email requesting a letter stating the policy the representative stated on the phone. I have not received a response.
