Had a bad experience with their install crew at a Home Depot. I had been told by the store's customer service desk that I could place some rubbish in the dumpster that was on the side of the building. After placing some of the rubbish in the dumpster an Apx installer came up and very rudely informed me that the dumpster was not Home Depot's. I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I was the one who appologized for the miscommunication. I can't imagine what this companies customer service must be like if that is how employees treat a potential customer. Needless to say I certainly don't plan on ever being a customer now.
