AVOID - NO STARS - WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER. Appalling service - Ordered an office chair on 13 July some days later it arrived with only half the components, so completely unusable. Tried to contact company - got through on phone initially and sent emails explaining with photos of what had been delivered, provided all details. Have heard nothing to date - have called phone daily and no-one picks up - I have tried at several times throughout the day, everyday since it was delivered - I have sent many emails with no response. I have paid for a cardboard box and five useless items.
