I was not offered an OR for a battery but I m a Fayette County homeowner of 15 years, I have no record, I have no car, I turned myself in after 3 previous attempts but was refused to go to the jail because of the Covid 29 situation. A temporary place they put me had no toilet paper and vomit all over and inside the toilet. I had to ask 3 times for a mask although MOST everyone working there had one.
