I am traveling on business currently. Room is okay except the mini-fridge still had half-eaten food and drinks in it from the last visitors. I cleaned it out so we could use it. No liners in the trash cans. The pastries in the Bistro were not fresh. They were very stale and not very good. The staff had a few nice people-all female- but the rest of the staff were cold and distant and couldn't be bothered to crack a smile or return a greeting. My breakfast-fried egg over toast-was cold when served to me. Many of the channels on the television do not work (basic cable channels like Cartoon Network and Animal Planet) and the phone in the room does not work properly. Wi-Fi is abysmal. Thankfully I have my own hotspot, otherwise I would not have been able to log into my work laptop. The staff is not helpful on what is available for restaurants around the hotel. When I return to Fredericksburg on business I will stay somewhere else. This has been a very disappointing experience.
