I called to book my initial consultation and was advised one of the solicitors will call me back with advise and price list. After waiting for days without a callback, I called second time. I was advised this is unusual and someone will call me by the end of the day. 5 days later - still no call. I assume this would have been the service if I decided to work with them. Glad I didn t. Very unprofessional. If too busy to take on new clients, there are polite ways to advise so, without wasting their time.
