I bought 6 tickets to a movie advertised on a Wednesday afternoon. I made plans with friends to see the movie. The night before...around 7:30 I received an email that our show was cancelled and that my money would be refunded. I think it s awful business practice to treat your customers like that. Rude. Even if a mistake was made in the advertising, they should have honored the tickets. There can t be that many people going to the movies on a Wednesday afternoon. The manager did return my call. He said the order was from corporate and not his personal decision. But whoever made the decision, it was a bad call. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that they can and will CANCEL your movie at a whim. In the email, I was being refunded my money so I could choose another movie . I will choose another THEATER. That is horrible customer service.
