We brought our car here for the Takata passenger airbag recall. It was a full day appointment, but I had to call to see if my car was finished at the end of the day (they said they were just wrapping up. ) I asked to get an appraisal on the car when I left it in the morning. However, when I picked up my car, no one was aware of this and no appraisal had been done. There were plastic pieces on the floor of the passenger side where the airbag had been changed. In the multi point inspection report I requested, it listed that there were a couple bulbs that were out, but no one called me to get them replaced (however, the service people insisted they did call me, but neither my wife or myself had missed calls or messages on our phones.) On a positive note, their shuttle service and driver were awesome.
Every time I take my other car to its dealership for service I get a complimentary car wash. Not here. We bought our Subaru from AutoNation 104, and the service there was much better than this location. I would not recommend this location and of course I m not coming back.

Update: Whoever replied to this review asked me to get in touch with him (instead of calling me - they have all my info - already not very professional...) I tried a few times, and left 2 voice messages to the GM before I could finally talk to him. I believe he did not call me back because there is a total disconnection between who replies to the Google reviews and the GM...Dave, the GM had no idea of my review let a lone the poor service I received at this location. I had to waste my time telling him about my experience and he politely apologized, that was it. It was awkward and embarrassing.
This location sounds and looks to me like a total mess, people seem to do whatever they believe is best, without following main directions.
I still do not recommend this location and I'd stay away from them.
10/28/20: I changed my service to Mike Shaw a little far away but totally worth it. I recommend them. Please also see the picture below as another reason to visit them.
