Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the whole FS department for making our wedding more than just a celebration. None brought us more joy than receiving positive comments from our friends and acquaintances in regards to our wedding.

I will start from the decision making process, with intense competition in wedding venue options in Jakarta, FS was a no brainer for us. Hotel was more than beautiful, it was classic, recent and definitely well maintained.

But it wasn't this that made our decision so easy. It was the warm introduction over coffee by Dean, whom later introduced us to Mbak Sari. The harmony of working together gave us confidence that we weren't getting tricked, that they were putting their all in making sure we get what we dreamed of, and at a price that we could afford. In all honesty, maybe FS was not the cheapest, but with a great welcome and clear introduction, nobody would mind the price.

There is a difference between being a professional and a friend, being right between them is the most impossible task for any professional. Mbak Sari and Dean delievered exactly that. Dean although not in his department, is always ready to help as if it is his own wedding. Mbak Sari treated us like a family, staying by our side, never saying no, putting her best effort despite difficult demands, and smiling through the way. Notably giving me a beautiful cake made by a beautiful chef for my birthday, small gesture that meant the world to me.

On the day itself, every service was top notch. But the most memorable experience for me, for a day I felt like FS is my own house. Everyone recognized and greeted me, from the security team to the cleaners. Everybody was ready to help, everybody was flexible, everybody was well conducted, and none of them ever said now. I had to get my eye checked once before my wedding, it took 5 minutes for the nurse to come, and no invoice was given. This made me feel like they genuinely care about my well-being.

The food was to die for, the presentation, the taste and the quality was indescribable. The dessert display, contributed to our wedding decoration and it was a very lovely surprise. The service team in Palm Court is comparable to international level restaurants. Nothing was ever made difficult for us during the wedding.

All in all, I will look back to my wedding and remember that FS is a choice I will never regret. Nothing, and I mean nothing was ever made difficult.

A very special gratitude to Mbak Sari, I have entered hundreds of negotiation in my life, but this person was on a different level. She managed to be neutral and supportive for both parties. Never bad mouthing, never over counting, never complaining. Was honest and sincere in her works and deservingly a role model worth learning from. She was not my sales person, she is a friend. And I couldn't express how much I have learned from her in becoming a much better worker.

I wish the whole FS team the best of luck, promotion and happiness. Keep the homeyness, exceptional teamwork, and elegant hospitality until if I get married again. Best of luck and be reassured the I will recommend anyone to FS.
