I've visited this store once for a game event and also ordered board games online from them, and both experiences were very enjoyable, reasonably priced, and easy. The staff and visitors that I met in person were all very helpful and friendly, and when I placed an online order and there needed to be clarifications, I received an email from one of the staff within just an hour or two. I've visited several game shops, but I would say that this is probably the friendliest, most customer-focused, and professional shop that I have been in yet. If you are looking for a shop to order from or visit, check them our for sure.
