We moved into a house that had previously been serviced by J&J for many years. Now I can see why. Within 2 hours of calling about our broken AC, the technician (Jason) was at our house. He diagnosed and began fixing the issue immediately. It was fixed the same day. Our recent experience with them was exceptional. The people really made the difference - the woman who originally took my call - did exactly what she said she would and Jason the tech was wonderful. When our AC system inevitably needs to be replaced I will only call one place.
