TERRIBLE customer service!!! I asked for my plot plan and before I could even finish, the operator told me 18 reasons why they don t keep it, when I was told the week before that if I had any previous work done they would be able to locate it, so she connected me to land use where I held waiting for 15 minutes and THE SAME THING, she wouldn t let me finish a sentence... I told her I had a permit number, ao she looked it up and she was happy to report that the permit was to old but I could apply for FOIA.... which I have no idea what that means, she did explain but it was not on her agenda to answer my call today, that was obvious!
