Pros: Friendly Staff on solving issues and beautiful lounge for Platinum Marriott/SPG members

Cons: everything was closed outside. Paddle lock on their private beach, non-heated outdoor Jacuzzi, Outdated rooms for a 5 star Hotel (paint was peeling off walls and mirrors), The gym was awful! Indoor pool was a huge disappointment.

Overall, If I could have gotten my money back, I would have checked out after the first day. I stay per year 75+ nights at Marriotts/SPG and this was one of the worst! (yet the most expensive ones I have paid for). I have stayed in better Elements/Alofts before. Shoot the Holiday Inn would have been a better choice.
