Absolutely lovely hotel, amazing rooms and food and literally on terminal 5 doorway. Stayed overnight and used the on site car park which is very handy. Location easy to get to although rooms a little pricey. Also attended professional event there which was with around 250 people and they coped well. Staff friendly and as a venue I totally cannot fault it. 5*'s
