Why should you use Aqua-Man? I contacted them and they accommodated my tight schedule. The day before they called and confirmed the appoint. The service person called the day of the appointment and told me he was running late but told me the time he would be there. The service man was a true professional, his name was Moses. He answered all my questions, he went straight to what he thought was the issue of my water softener not regenerating and determined the "turbine" was not spinning and that was the problem. Instead of just saying I have the part and can sell it to you, he looked inside it to identity the issue. As it turned out he found a small piece of plastic that had been left in the machining process. He removed it and it worked perfectly. He was HONEST, informative and a nice person along with very respectful. A rarity in tradesmen that come to your home. Call Aqua-Man and ask for Moses, he can part the water for you...
