I called on a Sunday expecting to schedule a visit...

I called on a Sunday expecting to schedule a visit for Monday and found that A#1 could be at my house today. I gladly accepted the offer for A#1 to come out and shortly after hanging up with the scheduler, I was called by the dispatcher indicating that I had one visit in front of me and I would get another call when the technician was headed my way. A short 7 minutes later the technician was headed my way. Josh arrived promptly after the call. I gave him a complete description of the issue and it took him longer to take the cover off the compressor than it did to take him to diagnose the issue. In other words, I was impressed. He immediately diagnosed that a capacitor had failed, grabbed a replacement, tested the replacement to ensure it was within tolerance, installed the capacitor and my AC was working again. He then provided some basic maintenance tips on how to keep my compressor running good and also provided some tips on drainage for the handler in the attic. After he left, I went to work and his tips proved to be 100% accurate which resolved another issue I had.

At the end of the day, I was thoroughly impressed with the visit from A to Z. Although the visit was very short, Josh's knowledge of HVAC systems appears to be very impressive and I would gladly call upon A#1 again if something goes awry with my AC unit.
