I wouldn't even give this council one star but unf...

I wouldn't even give this council one star but unfortunately it doesn't allow you to comment if a rating is not provided. I signed up to the 2020 garden refuse collection, but my password wouldn't work, so I reset it, received an automated code but didn't work, then received an automated response I had been now been set up, tried to continue, failed, registered again but failed again ! How does one sign up ? The same happened last year and eventually I had to call them, and that was another half hour ! Frustrating and unnecessary.
