Very poor service. I made an appointment to have my 2007 Sportster 1200 custom put on a dyno machine. When I showed up a week later for my appointment, I was told by an unfriendly service man that Independence Harley-Davidson did not have a Dyno machine and very few shops did anymore and that they couldn t do anything to improve my sportsters problems. I can t explain it. I have always had good service there. I then found out that they are under new owners.
