The service at the Health Management Center on the 13th floor is very poor. If possible, I would recommend going to Tai'an or other hospitals for a health check.
After I completed the height and weight, urine test and blood test, I was assigned to ultrasound, but because there were too many people on ultrasound, I was asked to go to the vision and body fat test first. The service staff only said "Where is ahead" with their hands. What are these items? It s not clear where the examination room is on the left and right, so that's it. I finally found someone to ask. I could only say, "Ultrasound wants me to come here." When I was done, the service staff in the area of vision told me to go back and wait for the ultrasound examination. The second time I came back to the ultrasound area, because there were too many people, the ultrasound asked me to check the ECG. I ran a long distance until the ECG check was finished and asked me to go back to the ultrasound. Before the project was finished, I couldn t drink water and eat. I should get the ultrasound first. So I came back to the ultrasound for the third time, but because of the crowd, I was asked to check the mammography. The service staff told me "Turn right ahead." There are two places in front where you can turn right. Is it closer or farther? I waited for ten minutes in the wrong place, and the service staff said it was not here. Couldn't it be clear from the beginning? After the inspection was completed, I came back to the ultrasound for the fourth time and it was still my turn.
I fully understand that the inspection of certain items takes time, so it is necessary to arrange the flow of people appropriately, but can't it be clearly stated when arranging the route? Not all people who come to the health checkup are very clear about the movement of each test, and the service staff is not clear about it and wastes time. It is a really bad experience.
