I found Stereotaxis to be a decent company to work with. The website was easy to navigate, and the information provided was helpful. However, the customer service could be improved. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected, and the staff didn't seem very enthusiastic or knowledgeable. Overall, it was an okay experience.
