All service except the front desk is incredibly slow. Rooms are small and hot no matter what temperature you set the thermostat at. TV barely works, it cuts in and out and doesn t have signal half the time. Elevators are some of the slowest I ve been in, be sure to set aside 10 minutes extra to get wherever you re going. Sheraton Club breakfast is below average and the hors d oeuvres were lacking. The only positives I could find were that the gym has a rowing machine (pretty uncommon), and the front desk people were nice.
