I drove all the way from Wilsonville after a brief phone call with George (one of the senior technicians), who helped me figure out what exactly I needed, to go to this store to pick up a small part for a PC build that I have been working on recently. Once I arrived I was greeted by Kyle (another senior technician working that day) who remembered hearing about the phone call and went to retrieve my part. Both employees were *super* helpful and the whole experience was totally pain-free. I have already recommended the place to several of my friends who are looking for odd parts to supplement their own builds and would recommend it to anybody else who asks.

10/10, 5/5, 4/4, whatever number you want to use, I would definitely recommend this place to others based on the employees' knowledge and customer service.
