Strolled in around 1:30 on a Tuesday to find out about an erroneously generated photo ticket that turned into a whole mess because my adult child was driving my vehicle, got the ticket in the mail and hid it from me (SMH). But here's the thing: the speed limit was 50 and the ticket said 40. So, I contested it online, then strolled in to try to get a hearing when nothing happened. Spoiler alert: If you contest it online, it stops all enforcement actions and it does not interfere with licensing or registering your vehicle. So, that's one thing. The wait time was under 10 minutes, the lady at the computer was very helpful and THEY ARE AWARE OF THOSE MISCALIBRATED PHOTO CAMERAS ON 295. So, if you got a ticket during this period of never-ending construction where the cameras were miscalibrated (the ticket says exactly where you got the ticket, so they can tell whether you were inside or outside the zone, so don't play lol), just contest it and wait.
This location is clean, quiet, easy to get to and everyone was nice. So far so good DC government :)
