They sold me a chemical reagent that does not work...

They sold me a chemical reagent that does not work at all. I tried to call them to ask for a replacement.

After hearing what my problem was, they started to pretend that "the technical staff was in a meeting" or "the technical staff had left home", things like this. It took days until I could finally speak to the technical staff.

When I finally reached them, they were not interested to know the lot number of my faulty product. Instead, they just told me that "they would send no replacement or refund", and promised to "check the chemical data of the product" and call me within a few days. They never did.

I have never had such a bad experience before. Avoid this company at all cost.
