Met with Elizur representative at doctor s office ...

Met with Elizur representative at doctor s office to order orthotics. Virtually no information was given to me and I was asked to sign on an iPad to initiate the order. Later that day I received an email with a copy of the lengthy agreement I had supposedly signed . Among other things it stated that I had already received the custom orthotics!! This company is clearly not reputable. In fact, I don t think I ll be returning to the doctor either; he doesn t seem to have checked these people out.
