Silk Sound is an average company. Their website silk.co.uk is easy to navigate and has a clean design. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't provide me with a satisfactory solution. Overall, my experience with Silk Sound was mediocre.
