The maintenance crew is ABSOLUTELY fantastic. We have had a couple of issues with our washing machine lately. First, Chris showed up to our apartment within the hour of submitting a claim to resolve the issue. Second, Chris determined that our washing machine needs to be replaced and he did so within three days. I cannot thank the maintenance crew enough for their professionalism and amazing work. We absolutely love Avalon and everyone that works here, from Carol the community manager, to Kyle the maintenance manager, to everyone else that makes this place clean and perfect.
