Ok 3rd chance for the service department..And a bi...

Ok 3rd chance for the service department..And a big no...brought my vehicle in for routine service appointment..Oil change and yada-yada..around 1020 started to notice it wait was longer and people that was there after me where getting help.

So I decided and look to see if my car was ready and what do you know it has been ready since 930..you can definitely tell there is something going on here whether its management, training or the lack of..

Before it seemed like a really friendly customer service oriented atmosphere and I felt like I was getting VIP service even for an oil change and had the confidence in the service team that they know what they were doing..

Now I not sure if I would allow them to change my tire..Sorry but your Department needs help and I would start with training. 3 strikes and your out.
