The store itself was cute and has tons of cute souvenirs. We bought a lot!!!! However, I had an issue with a shirt I bought. I emailed through the website's "contact us" tab AND called. I had to leave a message and have heard nothing back in 3 days. We were visiting from TX so we never got the issue resolved so my son came home with a messed up shirt. Yes....we should have checked every detail of it before checking out, but didn't...neither did the clerk. Bummer.
