Estimate was favorable. Work was timely initially. The sub contractors that performed the work were nice. Getting the final touches done for areas of concern was not expedient at all. Had to ask for someone to come and do a final walk through (after being sent the final bill when the job was not yet complete) of the project to note the details for areas that were not yet completed or done poorly. Once this started happening, the communication was poor, the details were not addressed and finishing touches for areas that were not installed properly were not made. If the project manager or owner of this company would have actually sought over the job instead of just coming out to measure initially and then sending a final bill without even coming out to see the finished job, then this could have been a much more pleasant experience.
