I attended a training course to prepare the perfect espresso. I also visited the establishment. In the whole area you can breathe an intense scent of freshly roasted coffee. At the entrance you can admire a splendid collection of equipment and ancient tools for preparing espresso (a real museum). I advise everyone to do this experience, to realize how to create a blend of high quality coffee, produced in Salento and appreciated all over the world.
