I only visited and stayed at harrahs once and the reason why I came back was because of the service that I received while playing at the blackjack tables. If you are playing at the tables, make sure your pit boss is Saul. He s been working at harrahs for over 10 years and gives you nothing but top class customer service! I am not a heavy gambler and Saul still made my play worth wild! Thanks Saul I will definitely be coming back!
