In the end the second operator, after a few minutes, tells me that I have to go on site to get clarifications. Wasn't this all good, I who had heart surgery, having to go back to Pompeii for clarification? Where can minds be exacerbated and feel bad? NO! I simply write that a clinic Casa di Cura must be organized differently.
