The people at the reception who check you in are very rude and have the impression of annoying them more than anything else .. so maybe I am still in bad luck and they are not all like that ..
on the other hand the nurses who bite you are very pleasant and smiling I have never been disappointed on this side. Just the welcome which is a shame ...
