I will come back and edit this rating later. So far I have only dealt with the staff, but I wanted to report how excellent that experience was. I made an error in a reservation through Expedia, and due to their policies, they were unable to change it or make a refund. I contacted the hotel, and they immediately and cheerfully made the change and confirmed it with Expedia. Since I have not yet stayed, I will not give 5 stars; but I will return and update this review.
