It was an easy process that was exceptional. I have used them for VHS to DVD/Digital conversion, Cassette Tape to DVD/Digital, Photo Negatives to DVD/Digital three separate times and all were great experiences. On the last order which was the negatives, I found some that were left out of the box. I emailed and was sent a link to have them processed. Will use them again if I find anymore items!
