Super reliable service !!! In my case
I give 5 for:
Reliability, commitment to customer satisfaction.
At first I was informed about the upcoming delivery mit by email, then email with tracking number and the time of delivery. Then the call from the driver that he is already at the door.
And as it is sometimes, no one was home at that moment.
The driver had offered that he would come at a later time if someone was there.
No sooner said than done
I'm excited!!! This is how the DPD drivers work in Euskirchen !!!
