Merz does not need to respond to customer complaints. Four weeks ago, I asked twice for an answer why her scar specie Contractubex causes me such severe side effects and intolerances ... nothing ... the answers just do not. In the future, I will make sure that I do not buy any products for a lot of money from this company. Needed 1 star for bad product and grotten bad customer service.
