Poor service ..finance service Eddie claim to of called me those calls were never made. No sense of urgency for my needs my time. They made a mistake and a month later after them running my credit for the 3rd time Eddie called on the 20th day to tell me that they had messed up. And the only reason they called me was because I called inquiring about then running my credit without my authorization.. long story short I returned the car because they were offering me a bad deal.. returned the car on Saturday and Eddie told me that they would have my deposit check ready for me by Monday. ( Didn't happen) my car that I originally traded in was getting serviced. I got my car back on Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m and I walked in to pickup my check that was supposed to of been given to me on Monday, it was not ready.. I had to wait five hours for them to hand me my check!! I don't plan to ever buy a car from them..it was unprofessional the way they handled this matter.. embarrassing for a company to have their customers go through all this and for them to try to blame their mistakes on the customers...
