I Personally have a very good experience with them. I was involved with several projects of Translation from May 2009 - Aug 2012 and it was an smooth and easy process with the team. The reason i am not giving 5 Stars is due to me not receiving any experience letter. I would like to update the work i did on my resume but without the letter of experience i an reluctant to put it. Hope someone from Value sees this.
