I stayed for New Year's Eve organized very badly, eat and drink of poor quality bad service, for those who imagine a 5-star New Year and all completely different. People went to the appetizer for teasing. The only kind is a waiter Massimiliano who tried to remedy in all ways. Unfortunately a rip-off is a shame for a 5-star hotel. Never again!!!!
