I purchased a part from their parts department over the phone for the first and last time. The agent I was speaking too seemed to be half awake or drugged. He made me repeat myself multiple times because English was not his first language. I'd ask him a question and I'd get silence for 30 seconds and then I'd say "are you still there?" and he'd reply "yes, did you need anything else", and I'd repeat my question. I'd get a half clueless response like "yeah that's what I said". After I finally got a part ordered he said he'd call me when it came in. After a week I hadn't heard back and called and asked if they had the part and the same guy picked up the phone and said "yup". I laughed and said, "you said you were going to call me".... 15 seconds of dead air went by and I said "hello??? are you there", and he replied "yup". I just hung up and decided to go pick up my part.

I got there and the part they ordered was not the correct one.... completely different part and the wrong color. When I ordered it I gave them literally the exact part number to order it with. Not a VIN or a verbal description and then the guy looked it up on his own.... NO, I gave him the exact part number off a pulled part that I literally read right off to him.

The guy at the counter was not the same one I had spoken to on the phone a couple times, and he was very apologetic and refunded my money. He wasn't able to reorder the correct part because he said his system said it was no longer available. I didn't buy my car here so I'm not reviewing the rest of the business, just the parts department.

I'd also like to point out that there are many many similar reviews to mine concerning their service department.
