I m a graduate student of 2018, Cats has a serious problem of finance department, they are not refunding student s deposits, and keep delaying it, it s already been half year since I graduate, school did not refund the deposit, I went to school couple times, they give me diverse of excuses instead of refunding it, I have provided all the information the need, and they just keep ignoring my emails and not accept my call!
