Love that this company is America made, especially...

Love that this company is America made, especially being military. However, I ordered a sling for my M4 for upcoming training and a deployment. Ordered on 2 May and I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks. Phase 1 would take 72 hrs. On 12 May, I recieved an email that it had moved to Phase 2. On 2 June, a month after ordering the sling and not seeing further movement, I reached out to their customer service with my time lines and was told on 12 June by Rachel it was still in Phase 2. On 25 June, I recieved a email stating it had moved to Phase 3. Today on 15 July, almost 11 weeks after ordering their product, I recieved an email from Michael stating the company is no longer carry the product. Not only did they exceed their timeline by 4-5 times what was expected, they provide updates as if the sling was in production the whole time and then they canceled my order days before my departure. Their company might carry amazing products, but never got the opportunity to see or use a final product. And based on this horrible customer service, I won't be showing support or recommending this company to future military members.
