I can only give 1 Star and that is due to the promptness of a phone call and willingness of the electrician to do the work. I had Dave from Twin Electric handle my commercial property. National Grid came twice to turn on the electric but could not due to there being a load on the line. A second electrician came to rewire literally everything because the work would have caused the whole building to blow up, including the other business adjacent to it. I have been delayed in the opening of my business and have had to pay double lease rent because I cannot move to the new location yet. When I contacted Dave to tell him that National Grid needed to speak with him, asap, he has not returned any calls or texts. I am requesting a full refund, as long as he responds quickly. If not, there will be other fees I will be forced to require of him. I am a very open and honest business owner and would never treat anyone in such a manner. REPUTATION IS EVERYTHING.
