Food Quality not like it used to be. The Cochinill...

Food Quality not like it used to be. The Cochinillo looks like boiled and then roasted to crisp the skin on top. I couldn't finish it, due to some uncooked portions. Next to us there was a Korean party and they were laughing at one of them that couldn't finished it either.
