Ordered product for first time on 22nd Feb 2021. I paid CHF21 for the postage. It is 25 March and product has not arrived. Cannot get hold of anyone via phone and no one responding to emails. Keep away from Fruugo. Stick with Amazon - never experienced this with them over 5 years.
