I am regular patron of RAW. 4-5 sessions a week. This gym is excellent for personal training because the trainers take a very personalised approach to training, nutrition and general wellness. As well, they take into account goals, objectives (competition) and any injuries or physical impediments you may have.
The nutritional aspects are particularly good as these instructions combine well with physical training.
